ClinicGrower FAQ

Clear answers before choosing a growth package.

Use these answers to understand scope, pricing, tracking limits, clinic responsibilities and the difference between diagnosis, lead handling, campaigns and managed growth.

Direct answer

Where should a clinic start?

Start with the Clinic Growth Score when the constraint is unclear. Use Growth Diagnostic for recurring visibility, Lead Concierge for enquiry leakage, Starter Engine for one treatment campaign, and the managed growth packages when broader acquisition and website work are ready.

Category 01

General

What does ClinicGrower do?

ClinicGrower is a staged clinic growth system connecting diagnosis, performance visibility, enquiry handling, campaigns and managed growth. The appropriate starting point depends on the clinic's current constraint and which systems can be connected.

How is ClinicGrower different from a generic agency?

The work is organised around a clinic growth ladder and operating layer rather than disconnected channel retainers. Campaign, website and visibility activity is reviewed alongside enquiry handling and booked consultation visibility where connected.

Does ClinicGrower replace clinic software?

No. Pabau, Fresha, Phorest, Semble and similar systems run clinic operations. ClinicGrower OS is a growth visibility layer above available marketing, enquiry and outcome signals.

Category 02

Packages and pricing

What is the package ladder?

The ladder is Free Clinic Growth Audit, Growth Diagnostic, Lead Concierge, Starter Engine, Growth Partner, Clinic Growth Engine, Growth Engine Plus and Market Leader. Scope increases only when the clinic needs it.

What does ad spend cover?

Ad spend pays the advertising platform for media delivery. It is separate from ClinicGrower fees and is normally paid directly by the clinic unless otherwise agreed.

Are third-party tools included?

Not automatically. Call tracking, CRM, booking, messaging and other licences are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them.

Can a clinic upgrade later?

Yes, subject to the agreed terms, readiness and capacity. The staged model is designed to add scope when evidence and operational need justify it.

Category 03

Clinic Growth Score

What is the Free Clinic Growth Audit?

It is a free first review used to identify visible website, search, local and enquiry-path gaps and suggest the most appropriate next step. It is not a promise of a commercial result.

Is the score a full technical audit?

No. It is a structured entry review. Deeper access, recurring analysis and implementation belong to the relevant paid package.

What happens after the score?

The clinic can address visible issues internally, start Growth Diagnostic, address enquiry leakage with Lead Concierge, or discuss a campaign or managed growth package.

Category 04

Growth Diagnostic

Why pay £395 if the clinic needs leads?

Because unclear tracking, landing pages or follow-up can make additional activity difficult to judge. Growth Diagnostic establishes what can be measured and which constraint should be addressed first; it does not replace campaign delivery.

Is Growth Diagnostic just a report?

No. It is a recurring monthly review using connected signals where possible, an updated Clinic Growth Score, priority recommendations and a clear next-action discussion.

Do we need it if we already have an agency?

It can help when channel reports do not connect clearly to enquiry handling or booked consultation visibility. It does not automatically replace the existing agency.

Category 05

Lead Concierge

What is Lead Concierge?

Lead Concierge improves visibility around calls, forms, WhatsApps and other enquiries, including status, response and follow-up signals where technically available.

Is it a receptionist or call-centre service?

No. The clinic remains responsible for answering calls, replying, following up, booking consultations and converting enquiries unless a separate service is agreed.

What if our team is slow to respond?

The review can make delays visible and recommend a clearer process, but only the clinic can resource the team and complete the response and follow-up.

Does it replace Pabau, Fresha, Phorest or HubSpot?

No. It works around the available enquiry process and systems; it is not a replacement CRM, booking platform or clinical-record system.

Category 06

Starter Engine

What is Starter Engine?

Starter Engine is the £995 per month plus ad spend one-treatment campaign package, including a focused Google Ads route, one landing page or adaptation, basic tracking and OS Essentials.

Why focus on one treatment?

A narrow focus keeps search intent, ad messaging, page content, budget and enquiry handling aligned closely enough to review before expanding.

Why not just run Google Ads ourselves?

A campaign also needs treatment selection, a suitable destination, agreed conversion events, enquiry handling and a review process. A clinic can run ads internally, but those dependencies still need ownership.

Category 07

Clinic Growth Engine

What is Clinic Growth Engine?

It is the main recommended managed package, connecting Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile support, CRO, treatment-page work, reporting and strategy through Full OS access.

Is a full website rebuild included?

No. Agreed CRO, landing-page and treatment-page improvements can be included. A full rebuild is quoted separately.

How does it differ from Growth Engine Plus?

Growth Engine Plus adds greater delivery intensity, content production, treatment expansion and optimisation capacity above the core Growth Engine scope.

Category 08

Tracking and reporting

Why do I need tracking before scaling?

Without a usable baseline, the clinic may not know whether the main constraint is traffic, page quality, response, follow-up or attribution. Tracking does not need to be perfect, but limitations should be visible.

Why judge performance by booked consultations rather than leads alone?

A raw lead count does not show whether the enquiry was relevant, contacted or progressed. Booked consultation visibility provides better operational context where systems can be connected.

What happens if tracking is incomplete?

Known gaps are documented. Cookie consent, browser privacy, manual bookings, disconnected call tools and third-party limitations can prevent complete attribution.

Can every call, WhatsApp and booking be tracked?

No. Visibility depends on tracking being enabled, technically supported and used consistently by the clinic team.

Category 09

Timelines and expectations

How long should clinic marketing take to work?

Early campaign and implementation signals are usually reviewed within the first 30 to 90 days. SEO and broader visibility are normally assessed over months. Timing varies by market, budget, treatment, website and follow-up.

Do you guarantee results?

No. ClinicGrower does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, booked consultations, treatment sales, revenue or ROI.

Why can two clinics see different outcomes?

Location, competition, treatment mix, pricing, practitioner trust, budget, website, tracking, operational capacity and follow-up all influence what happens.

Category 10

Support and client responsibilities

What support is available?

Support is provided during normal UK business hours unless otherwise agreed. Priority and senior support depend on the selected package.

What remains the clinic's responsibility?

The clinic supplies access, approvals and accurate treatment information, funds ad spend where required, maintains compliant patient communication, handles enquiries and delivers patient care.

Who approves clinical claims and creative?

The clinic is responsible for clinical accuracy, practitioner credentials, patient consent, regulatory compliance and final approval before publication.

Still unsure which constraint comes first?

The Clinic Growth Score identifies visible gaps. Pricing shows how scope increases through the final ladder.

No guarantee of rankings, leads, booked consultations, treatment sales, revenue or ROI.
