Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the ClinicGrower website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
ClinicGrower provides digital marketing services for UK clinics including Google Ads management, SEO, website design, CRM automation, reputation management and social media advertising. The specific services, deliverables and fees are outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Monthly retainer fees are due in advance. ClinicGrower reserves the right to pause services if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content, strategies and creative work produced by ClinicGrower remains the intellectual property of ClinicGrower until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes campaign data, strategies, and business information.
Limitation of Liability
ClinicGrower's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results, as marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition and client responsiveness.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. ClinicGrower reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
